Shipments to Spain

Shipping fee: 5.20 EUR for any order under 50 EUR
Free shipping for any order over 50 EUR.

Shipments to countries within the European Community

Shipping fee: 10,40 EUR for any order under 95 EUR
Free shipping for any order over 95 EUR

Shipments to countries outside the European Community*

Shipping fee: 20,80 EUR for any order under 180 EUR
Free shipping for any order over 180 EUR

*Please note that shipments outside the EU might be subject of import taxes in your own country. We are unable to estimate such fees which you may need to pay on delivery.

Can I return a product?

We will accept the return of products provided they have not been opened or used and are in perfect condition, with their seal and in their original packaging.

Do not take more than 14 days from the reception of the product. Beyond this term, we will not be able to accept returns.

You must send us the product and, once we check that it is in perfect condition, we will make the refund through the same means of payment that you used to pay for the order (or a gift card), minus the original shipping costs (€ 6 for standard shipments) in the peninsula. The shipping costs to Minuet in returns run on your own.

You are responsible for ensuring that both the product and its packaging reach us in perfect condition; If not, we will not be able to make the refund. Use the same box in which the order arrived (or a similar one) to avoid damage to the packaging during transport.

What happens if a product of my order is wrong, defective or damaged?

Please check your order upon receipt, if a product is not correct, we will take care of everything. Contact us within a maximum period of 48 hours from the date of receipt and we will solve it.

The product that I bought gives me an allergy, what can I do?

If you have sensitive skin we recommend you always read the complete list of ingredients of the products before buying them, to identify any ingredient to which you are allergic.

If you have had a reaction with a product, we will need you to fill in a form and send us a photo if possible. This way we will know the nature of the allergy. You must start this process within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

We will ask you to send the product to our offices (the shipping costs are at your expense) and once we make the necessary checks we will refund the amount in a gift card.

I bought a product, but I do not like the way it smells / its texture.

For reasons of hygiene Minuet does not allow the return of products that have been used before. If you have doubts about a product, read carefully the entire description of the product and the complete list of its ingredients.

I bought a workshop and I will not be able to attend.

In the case of conducting workshops, you must announce 72 hours beforehand the impossibility of attending the workshop, otherwise, said right of withdrawal will disappear.
